Position objective:

Optimize storage, transportation and distribution processes. Processing orders, taking care of labeling instructions, monitoring transportation routes, storage and location of quantities and product registration.

Operational monitoring:

• Order scheduling.
• Management of daily reports.
• Notifications for clients.
• Experience and dealing with Shipping Companies (Essential)
• Audit that processes are executed as planned.
• Check parcel delays.
• Develops physical inventory plans, monitors physical inventories, identifies all OS&D (over stock/shortages/damages), and reports or corrects any errors or discrepancies.
• Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contact carriers for estimated time of arrival, and coordinates schedule.

Abilities and qualities:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce or similar.
• 4 years’ experience in the same or similar positions.
• Language: Advanced level knowledge in English (Spoken and Written)
• Will have an English interview with chinese.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Package Management: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Making quick and efficient decisions under pressure.
• Technical knowledge in logistics and storage processes.
• Good organization.

• Proactive and decisive attitude.
• Frustration tolerant.
• Ability to organize and plan.
• Knowledge and experience in warehouses, 3PL’s, CEDIS.

Schedule:
Monday to friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm.
